As we all know, the degree of hydraulic oil cleanliness is the life of the hydraulic system. Hydraulic system has many precision even, and some damping holes or gaps and so on. If the solid impurity invasion will result in precision even pieces of injury, hairpin, oil blockage, etc., endangering the safe operation of the hydraulic system. General solid material invasion path are: hydraulic oil is not clean; refueling tool is dirty; refueling and maintenance, maintenance careless; hydraulic components desquamation and so on.  Electric fork over stacker to remind you forklift driving friends can prevent the following aspects of solid impurities invasion system:
1, when the oil must be filtered oil, refueling tools should be reliable and clean. It is not possible to remove the filter at the filling point of the hydraulic tank in order to increase the fueling speed. Refueling personnel must use clean gloves and work clothes.
2, second-hand forklift maintenance when the removal of hydraulic fuel tank cover, filter cover, detection hole, hydraulic tubing and other parts of the hydraulic system to avoid dust when exposed to the oil, the demolition of the site must be thoroughly cleaned before opening. If you remove the oil tank cover, remove the soil around the fuel tank cover, remove the oil tank cover after the removal of residual parts of the debris (not rinse with water to avoid water into the Hand Pallet Trucks with scale), to confirm the cleaning before opening the fuel tank cover. If you need to use the wipe material and hammer, you should choose not to wear fiber impurities and rubbing the material attached to the rubber hammer. Hydraulic components, hydraulic hose to be carefully cleaned, with high pressure air dry after assembly. Selection of packaging integrity of the genuine filter (if the packaging is damaged, although the filter is intact, it may be unclean). Oil cleaning at the same time to clean the filter, install the filter before the application of scrubbing material carefully remove the filter shell internal dirt.
3, the hydraulic system of cleaning oil must be used with the system with the same hydraulic oil, oil temperature between 45 ~ 80 ℃, with a large flow as much as possible to take away the impurities in the system. Hydraulic system to be cleaned more than three times, after each wash when the oil heat to release all of the system. After cleaning and then clean the filter, replace the new filter and add new oil.
